PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further reduce weight of a hook bracket and an attachment part structure without deteriorating tractive performance in an attachment part structure of a bumper reinforcement having a hollow cross section and a hook bracket formed by an aluminum alloy extrusion material.SOLUTION: A hook bracket 1 has a cutout 3, which extends from a rear end of a shaft part 2 and reaches a hollow interior part of a bumper reinforcement 5, on an extrusion section (a cross section perpendicular to an extrusion direction). The shaft part 2 of the hook bracket 1 penetrates through holes formed on a front wall 6 and a rear wall 7 of the bumper reinforcement 5 and is attached to the front wall 6 and the rear wall 7 by fillet-welding. The fillet-welding between the shaft part 2 and the rear wall 7 is not performed in an area of the cutout 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】中空断面のバンパーリインフォースと、アルミニウム合金押出形材からなるフックブラケットの取付部構造において、牽引性能を低下させることなく、フックブラケット及び取付部構造のさらなる軽量化を図る。【解決手段】フックブラケット1は、押出断面(押出方向に垂直な断面)内に軸部2の後端からバンパーリインフォース5の中空内部に達する切り欠き3を有する。フックブラケット1の軸部2はバンパーリインフォース5の前壁6と後壁7に形成された穴を貫通し、前記前壁6と後壁7に隅肉溶接で取り付けられている。切り欠き3の箇所では、軸部2と後壁7との隅肉溶接は行なわれない。【選択図】図2
