PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively reinforce a damper supporting portion even if a recessed portion of a rear floor panel is expanded, and to effectively suppress the vertical displacement of the damper supporting portion and the falling inward of a rear wheel house.SOLUTION: A vehicle body rear part structure is provided with a first reinforcing structure 70 which extends in a vertical direction while inclining forward/backward along an in-vehicle side wall surface 40A of a rear wheel house 40, is joined with a damper supporting portion 46 at an upper end, and joint with the rear side frame 14 on a side right-and-left corresponding side at the same fore-and-aft direction position as a part near a joint portion of a first rear floor cross member 26 to a rear side frame 14 at a lower end; and a second reinforcing structure 90 which extends in a generally vertical direction along the in-vehicle side wall surface 40A of the rear wheel house 40 at the same fore-and-aft direction position as a generally center portion of the damper supporting portion 46, is joined with the damper supporting portion 46 at an upper end, and joined with the rear side frame 14 on a side right-and-left corresponding at the same fore-and-aft direction position as a part near the joint portion of a second rear cross member 28 to the rear side frame 14 at a lower end.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】リヤフロアパネルの凹部が拡大されてもダンパ支持部を効果的に補強することができ、ダンパ支持部が上下方向に変位すること及びリヤホイールハウスが内側へ倒れることを効果的に抑えること。【解決手段】リヤホイールハウス40の車内側壁面40Aに沿って前後に傾斜して上下方向に延在し、上端をダンパ支持部46に接合され、下端を第1リヤフロアクロスメンバ26のリヤサイドフレーム14に対する接合部の近傍と同じ前後方向位置において左右対応する側の前記リヤサイドフレーム14に接合された第1補強構造体70と、ダンパ支持部46の略中心部と同じ前後方向位置をリヤホイールハウス40の車内側壁面40Aに沿って略垂直方向に延在し、上端をダンパ支持部46に接合され、下端を第2リヤフロアクロスメンバ28のリヤサイドフレーム14に対する接合部近傍と同じ前後方向位置において左右対応する側のリヤサイドフレーム14に接合された第2補強構造体90とを設ける。【選択図】図2
