PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for properly estimating wear to a measurement value having a large error.SOLUTION: A wear estimation device of a trolley wire uses an estimation device 20 to a measurement value row 10, estimates a valid estimation value and a wear ratio as transition of residual diameter, then outputs them as an estimation result 30. The estimation device 20 comprises: a residual diameter estimation part 21 for estimating the residual diameter by constituting and solving an optimization problem for minimizing an object function T=Σ(current wear ratio-previous wear ratio)+αΣ(estimation value-lower limit value), under two constrains that the wear ratio is equal to or higher than 0, and an estimation value of the residual diameter is equal to or higher than a lower limit value obtained by subtracting an error value ε from the measurement value of the residual diameter; and a wear ratio estimation part 22 for calculating the wear ratio based on the estimation value of the residual diameter, so that even when the measurement value is varied due to error, the valid estimation value and the wear ratio can be calculated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】誤差が大きい測定値に対して妥当な摩耗推定を行う方法及び装置を提供する。【解決手段】測定値列10に対して推定装置20を用いて、残存直径の変遷として妥当な推定値と摩耗率とを共に推定し、その推定結果30として出力するトロリ線の摩耗推定装置において、推定装置20は、摩耗率は0以上であること、残存直径の推定値は残存直径の測定値から誤差値εを減じた下限値以上であることの二つの制約条件の下で、目的関数T=Σ(今回摩耗率−前回摩耗率)2+ αΣ(推定値−下限値)を最小化する最適化問題を構成して解くことにより残存直径の推定を行う残存直径推定部21と、残存直径の推定値を基に摩耗率を算出する摩耗率推定部22とから構成されるので、測定値が誤差により上下しても、妥当な推定値および摩耗率を算出できる。【選択図】図1
