PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regeneration propriety determination system and a regeneration propriety determination method capable of easily determining regeneration propriety, and securing determination accuracy.SOLUTION: A regeneration propriety determination system 1 determines regeneration propriety of a used tire. The regeneration propriety determination system 1 comprises: a service condition TSN calculation part for calculating (step ST3) a service condition TSN which indicates a thermal history amount for a unit time under the service condition of the tire, based on schedule speed on a prescribed travel zone of a vehicle to which the tire is attached and a prescribed calculation formula; a TTSN calculation part for calculating (step ST4) TTSN which indicates a sum total of the thermal history amounts in all service periods; and a regeneration propriety determination part for determining (step ST5-ST7) regeneration propriety of the tire, based on a comparison result between the TTSN and a prescribed threshold K.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
