PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress excitation vibration that may be excited in a folding elastic deformation part, when some vibration occurs during operation of a rotating device, while simplifying the manufacturing proces, and to enhance stability of rotating operation.SOLUTION: In a rotating device including folding elastic deformation parts 12-15 having a folding structure composed of a single member, a support 11 for supporting one end of the folding elastic deformation parts, a movable part 17 attached to the other end side of the folding elastic deformation parts, and drive means 20-23 for rotating the movable part repeatedly around a predetermined rotating shaft, by imparting a driving force for deforming the folding elastic deformation parts, where a coupling part 33 for coupling a part of the forward parts 12, 14 and a part of returning parts 13, 15 adjacent thereto is provided in the folding elastic deformation parts, the coupling part is composed of the single member and has a structure integral with the folding structure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
