PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precise load sensor or the like capable of suppressing a change in sensor sensitivity to a load.SOLUTION: A projection 13c is formed on an inner wall surface of a second mount member 13. Thus, a contacting part between the second mount member 13 and a crevice pin 6b is located at a tip position of the projection 13c, thus preventing the contacting part between the second mount member 13 and the crevice pin 6b from changing even if the arrangement relationship between the crevice pin 6b and the second mount member 13 is not constant because of some sort of factors. In a radial direction of the second mount member 13, a contacting position between the second mount member 13 and a strain member 11, and the projection 13c are aligned in a line. As a result, torque occurs at the contacting part of the second mount member 13 with the crevice pin 6b, thus suppressing rotation of the second mount member 13. Therefore, a change in sensor sensitivity to a load can be suppressed, thus improving precision of a load sensor 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】荷重に対するセンサ感度の変化を抑制できる精度の良い荷重センサなどを提供する。【解決手段】第2取付部材13の内壁面に凸部13cを形成する。これにより、第2取付部材13とクレビスピン6bとの当接部位が凸部13cの先端位置となり、何らかの要因によってクレビスピン6bと第2取付部材13の配置関係が一定でなかったとしても、第2取付部材13とクレビスピン6bとの当接部位が変わらないようにできる。また、第2取付部材13の径方向において、第2取付部材13と起歪部材11との接合位置と凸部13cとが一直線上に並ぶようにする。これにより、第2取付部材13のうちクレビスピン6bとの当接部位にトルクが発生して第2取付部材13が回転させられることを抑制できる。これにより、荷重に対するセンサ感度の変化を抑制でき、荷重センサ10の精度を良くすることができる。【選択図】図2
