PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a gate pole at an ascending position descend by the pole's own weight at constant speed when abnormality such as outage and a failure occurs.SOLUTION: A crossing gate 100 comprises: a brushless motor 30 that rotates a motor output shaft 331 to make a gate pole 1 perform ascending/descending action; and a non-contact type electromagnetic brake 50 that starts when driving of the brushless motor 30 is stopped and the gate pole 1 is positioned at an ascending position or a descending position, and brakes rotation of the motor output shaft (braking high-speed shaft) 331. A motor driver 60 comprises a D brake control circuit unit 66 for performing dynamic brake control for regulating rotation speed of the brushless motor 30 be constant speed on the basis of a waveform signal of periodic excitation voltage generated at the electromagnetic brake 50 when the gate pole 1 at the ascending position descends by the pole's own weight at the time of abnormality.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】停電や故障等の異常が発生した際に、上昇位置にあったしゃ断棹を一定速度で自重下降させること。【解決手段】踏切しゃ断機100は、モータ出力軸331を回転させてしゃ断棹1を昇降動作させるブラシレスモータ30と、ブラシレスモータ30の駆動が停止されてしゃ断棹1が上昇位置または下降位置に位置した際に作動し、モータ出力軸(制動用高速軸)331の回転を制動させる非接触式の電磁ブレーキ50とを備える。そして、モータドライバ60は、異常時に上昇位置にあったしゃ断棹1が自重下降する際、電磁ブレーキ50に発生する周期的な励磁電圧の波形信号に基づいて、ブラシレスモータ30の回転速度を一定速度となるように抑制させるダイナミックブレーキ制御を行うDブレーキ制御回路部66を備える。【選択図】図1
