PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stop maintenance device of a vehicle which can secure the startability of the vehicle adapted to a drive intention of an occupant while enhancing safety by preventing the unexpected jump-out of the occupant at a start of the vehicle.SOLUTION: A stop maintenance device of a vehicle comprises: a manual transmission 8; an idling stop device 2; a foot brake device 3; a DSC device 4; an ECU 6 which operates the DSC device 4 when a stop state of the vehicle V is detected, maintains the stop state of the vehicle V, and when a brake fluid pressure release condition is established, releases brake fluid pressure P; and a clutch sensor 63. When a pedal-in return speed vof a clutch pedal 12 exceeds a determination pedal-in return speed v, the ECU 6 performs release speed control for making a release speed vof the brake fluid pressure P lower than a release speed vof the brake fluid pressure P when the release speed vis not higher than the determination pedal-in return speed v.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】車両の発進時、乗員の予想以上の飛出しを防止して安全性を高めつつ、乗員の運転意思に適合した車両の発進性能を確保することができる車両の停止維持装置を提供する。【解決手段】手動変速機8と、アイドルストップ装置2と、フットブレーキ装置3と、DSC装置4と、車両Vの停止状態が検出されたときにDSC装置4を作動させて車両Vの停止状態を維持し且つブレーキ液圧開放条件が成立したときにブレーキ液圧Pを開放するECU6と、クラッチセンサ63とを有し、ECU6は、クラッチペダル12の踏戻速度vclが判定用踏戻速度v0を超えたとき、ブレーキ液圧Pの開放速度vPを判定用踏戻速度v0以下のときのブレーキ液圧Pの開放速度v1よりも遅くする開放速度制御を実行するように構成されている。【選択図】 図2
