PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic control unit for vehicles capable of reinforcing the bonding of a signal terminal surface-mounted on a circuit board.SOLUTION: An electronic control unit 1 for vehicles comprises: a circuit board 2; a connector unit 4 on which a plurality of signal terminals 41 for electrically connecting between a vehicle side connector 10 and the circuit board 2 are arranged in a line and connected with a connector housing 40, each signal terminal 41 being surface-mounted on the circuit board 2; and a reinforcement terminal 5 fixed to the connector housing 40 and surface-mounted on the circuit board 2. The reinforcement terminal 5 is surface-mounted at both sides of a mounting region A of the signal terminals 41 in an arrangement direction of the plurality of signal terminals 41 in the circuit board 2. A part of a mounting region B of the reinforcement terminal 5 and at least a part of the mounting region A of the signal terminals 41 are overlapped in an extending direction of the signal terminals 41.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】回路基板に表面実装された信号端子の接合の補強を図ることができる車両用電子制御ユニットを提供する。【解決手段】車両用電子制御ユニット1は、回路基板2と、車両側コネクタ10と回路基板2とを電気的に接続する複数の信号端子41が一列に配列され且つコネクタハウジング40に固定されると共に、各信号端子41が回路基板2に表面実装されているコネクタ部4と、コネクタハウジング40に固定され且つ回路基板2に表面実装された補強端子5と、を備えている。そして、補強端子5は、回路基板2において複数の信号端子41の配列方向における信号端子41の実装領域Aを挟む両側にて表面実装され、補強端子5の実装領域Bの一部と、信号端子41の実装領域Aの少なくとも一部とが、信号端子41の延出方向に重複している。【選択図】図2
