PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide door mechanism capable of reducing a drive force of the slide door.SOLUTION: A slide door mechanism comprises: a case 6 provided with an air mixing door 11 sliding between a first switching position and a second switching position; a longitudinal seal surface 6a to which a lateral peripheral edge 11a of the door 11 adheres during a moving process between the first switching position and the second switching position; and an intermediate lateral seal surface 6b to which a portion from the lateral peripheral edge 11a to a center part 11b of the door 11 tightly adheres during the above mentioned moving process. The door 11 comprises a door body 12; and an elastic members 13 disposed on the seal surfaces 6a, 6b sides. Adhesion force between the intermediate lateral seal surface 6b and the elastic member 13 is configured to be less than the adhesion force between the longitudinal seal surface 6a and the elastic member 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
