PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular drive force control apparatus capable of controlling a torque vectoring device that includes differential limiting functionality.SOLUTION: In the case of switching the states of a torque vectoring device incorporated in a vehicle, between a differential state where differential torque by a differential motor (differential motor instruction torque T) exceeds differential limit torque (T) by a differential limit mechanism and a differential limit state where the differential limit torque exceeds the differential torque, the differential state or the differential limit state is changed to a differential limit release state (differential 0-point torque T) where the differential torque equals to the differential limit torque, and the change to the differential limit release state from the differential state or the differential limit state is executed by gradually decreasing (clock times t2 to t3) a difference between the differential limit torque ((T) and the differential torque (T).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 16
