PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form stitch parts and hole parts both having excellent appearance on a skin while avoiding the skin from being bent as effectively as possible.SOLUTION: A skin for a vehicle interior article comprises: areas 30A, 30B having holes arranged in skin sections 10 each surrounded by multiple stitch parts 21 - 24; vertices C3, C4 formed by intersecting adjacent stitch parts arranged in each of the sections 10; and linear areas 51 different from and stronger than the areas 30A, 30B arranged in the respective sections 10, and crossing the vertices C3, C4.     【課題】表皮に折れが生じることを極力回避しつつ、ステッチ部と孔部を表皮に見栄えよく形成することにある。【解決手段】有孔領域30A,30Bが、複数のステッチ部21〜24によって囲われている表皮の区画10内に配置されているとともに、区画10に、隣り合うステッチ部同士が交わって配置されている頂点C3,C4が設けられている乗物内装品の表皮において、区画10内に、有孔領域30A,30Bに比して強度に優れる線状の別領域51が区画の頂点C3,C4を通るように設けられ、別領域51によって、隣り合うステッチ部で囲われている区画部分が二分されている。【選択図】図2
