PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an occupant affection degree estimation system capable of properly estimating an affection degree to an occupant by collision to a vehicle for every seating position.SOLUTION: An occupant affection degree estimation system 100 comprises: a seating recognition part 13 for recognizing a seating of an occupant in a driver seat, a front passenger seat and a back seat; a collision information acquisition part 12 for acquiring a collision direction and a collision load of an object to an own vehicle 50 when it is determined that the own vehicle 50 collides with the object; a first occupant affection degree estimation part 41 for estimating an affection degree to an occupant who is seated on the driver seat by a computing equation for a driver seat which is preset, based on the collision direction and the collision load; a second occupant affection degree estimation part 42 for estimating an affection degree to an occupant who is seated on the front passenger seat by a computing equation for a front passenger seat which is preset, when the occupant is seated on the front passenger seat; and a third occupant affection degree estimation part 43 for estimating an affection degree to an occupant who is seated on the back seat by a computing equation for a back seat which is preset, when the occupant is seated on the back seat.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】車両の衝突による乗員への影響度を着座位置ごとに適切に推定できる乗員影響度推定システムを提供する。【解決手段】乗員影響度推定システム100は、運転席、助手席、及び後部座席における乗員の着座を認識する着座認識部13と、自車両50と物体とが衝突したと判定された場合に、自車両50に対する物体の衝突方向及び衝突荷重を取得する衝突情報取得部12と、衝突方向及び衝突荷重に基づいて、予め設定された運転席用の演算式により運転席の乗員への影響度を推定する第1の乗員影響度推定部41と、助手席に乗員が着座している場合に、予め設定された助手席用の演算式により助手席の乗員への影響度を推定する第2の乗員影響度推定部42と、後部座席に乗員が着座している場合に、予め設定された後部座席用の演算式により後部座席の乗員への影響度を推定する第3の乗員影響度推定部43と、を備える。【選択図】図1
