PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel consumption information management device which is effective for managing information on fuel consumption of a vehicle.SOLUTION: A fuel consumption information management server 40 comprises: a storage part 43 for storing a database 43b which manages fuel consumption efficiency at each position on a road; a communication interface 41 for acquiring position information indicating a position of a vehicle, fuel consumption information indicating fuel consumption per unit time, speed information indicating a speed of the vehicle and acceleration information indicating an acceleration of the vehicle from a plurality of vehicles; and a controller 44 for calculating fuel consumption efficiency of each unit time on the basis of the fuel consumption per unit time indicated by the fuel consumption information and a travel distance per unit time based on a speed indicated by the speed information for each position indicated by the position information, and for registering the position information and the fuel consumption efficiency information indicating the calculated fuel consumption efficiency of each unit time and the acceleration information in association in the database 43b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
