PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a risk avoidance device for a vehicle which can suppress a situation that a risk avoidance operation is erroneously performed by erroneous determination.SOLUTION: When a determination result of a main collision determination part 120 shows that a collision has occurred, and a determination result of a sub collision determination part 140 coincides with that of the main collision determination part 120, a signal indicating that the collision has occurred is output from a CAN transceiver circuit 13. When the determination result of the main collision determination part 120 shows that the collision has not occurred, and the determination result of the sub collision determination part 140 coincides with that of the main collision determination part 120, the signal indicating that the collision has not occurred is output from the CAN transceiver circuit 13. When the determination result of the sub collision determination part 140 does not coincide with that of the main collision determination part 120, the signal is not output. When the signal indicating that the collision has occurred is output, a brake control part 16 performs a risk avoidance operation, and when the signal indicating that the collision has not occurred is output, and the signal is not output, the brake control part does not perform the risk avoidance operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】誤判定によって誤って危険回避動作が行われるような事態を抑えることができる車両用危険回避装置を提供する。【解決手段】主衝突判定部120の判定結果が衝突したとするものであり、かつ、副衝突判定部140の判定結果が主衝突判定部120と一致した場合、衝突したことを示す信号がCANトランシーバ回路13から出力される。主衝突判定部120の判定結果が衝突していないとするものであり、かつ、副衝突判定部140の判定結果が主衝突判定部120と一致した場合、衝突していないことを示す信号がCANトランシーバ回路13から出力される。副衝突判定部140の判定結果が主衝突判定部120と一致しない場合、信号が出力されない。ブレーキ制御部16は、衝突したことを示す信号が出力されている場合、危険回避動作を行い、衝突していないことを示す信号が出力されている場合、及び、信号が出力されていない場合、危険回避動作を行わない。【選択図】図1
