PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe drive support technology which has good usability irrespective of an environment and a vehicle type, and which reduces collision effectively.SOLUTION: A safety drive support device 200 includes: a connection destination detection part 259 for detecting a connection destination device of itself; an intrinsic information setting part 251 for setting intrinsic information of an own vehicle which is a vehicle of a mounting destination of itself, corresponding to the connection destination device; an own vehicle information management part 252 for managing own vehicle information including location information and the intrinsic information of the own vehicle; an inter-vehicle communication part 255 for transmitting the location information and the intrinsic information of the own vehicle to the other vehicle and acquiring other vehicle information including location information and intrinsic information of the other vehicle by performing communication with the other vehicle; a risk determination part 254 for determining presence/absence of collision risk of the own vehicle and the other vehicle by using the own vehicle information and the other vehicle information; and output parts 258, 256, 260 for outputting the determination result by the risk determination part 254.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
