PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To expand an activity range while maintaining a good communication state in comparison to the case of not controlling positional relation between a relay device and an under water moving body situated underwater according to a state of radio communication.SOLUTION: An underwater moving body includes: communication means for communicating with a relay device underwater by radio; detection means for detecting a state of radio communication between the relay device and the underwater moving body; and control means for controlling positional relation between the relay device and the underwater moving body so that a detection result by the detection means satisfies a predetermined criterion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】水中に位置する中継装置と自機との位置関係を無線通信の状態に応じて制御しない場合に比べ、良好な通信状態を維持したまま活動範囲を拡大する。【解決手段】水中移動体は、中継装置と水中で無線通信する通信手段と、前記中継装置と自機との間における無線通信の状態を検知する検知手段と、前記検知手段による検知結果が予め定めた基準を満たすように、前記中継装置と自機との位置関係を制御する制御手段とを有する。【選択図】図2
