PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable resonance sound reducing tire having an inner liner, an adhesive agent layer applied in the inner liner, and a sound absorption member layer attached to the adhesive agent layer, in which the sound absorption member is hardly removed even under the presence of heat and deformation upon traveling.SOLUTION: A green tire comprising an inner liner is formed. The green tire is positioned onto a bladder in a manner where the inner liner directly contacts to the bladder without application step of releasing agent onto the inner liner in the green tire. A vulcanized tire is produced by expanding inner section of the green tire using the bladder. An adhesive agent layer 2 is formed by applying adhesive agent to a surface of the inner liner. A sound absorption member layer 3 is attached to the adhesive agent layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】インナーライナ、前記インナーライナの内側に塗布された接着剤層;及び前記接着剤層に附着された吸音材層を含む共鳴音低減タイヤに関するものであって、走行時の発熱や変形にも拘らず、吸音材の脱離がない安定した共鳴音低減タイヤの提供。【解決手段】インナーライナを含むグリーンタイヤを成形し、グリーンタイヤ内部のインナーライナに離型剤の塗布段階を省略してインナーライナとブラダーが直接当接するように前記グリーンタイヤをブラダーに位置させ、ブラダーを用いて前記グリーンタイヤの内部を膨脹させて加硫タイヤを製造し、インナーライナの表面に接着剤を塗布して接着剤層2を形成し、接着剤層に吸音材層3を附着する。【選択図】図1
