PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately realize the securing of braking stability of a vehicle and the improvement of deceleration performance thereof in a case where a rear-wheel braking characteristic is adopted to secure braking stability in a high-speed zone in a vehicular brake control apparatus in which left-right wheel independent control is executed using an average value of degrees of slippage on left and right wheels as a target degree of slippage.SOLUTION: Left-right wheel independent control is executed so that each slip ratio S of each of left and right rear wheels 10R approaches a target slip ratio St that is an average value of slip ratios S of left and right front wheels 10F. In a high-speed zone of a vehicle 1, the left-right wheel independent control is started when deceleration G is equal to or higher than a control-start Gth2 that is lower than a control-start Gth1 used in a low speed range. In the left-right wheel independent control started in a high-speed zone, in the case of increases in brake pressure being required for both the left and right rear wheels, the brake pressure is increased in a rear wheel on the outside during occurrence of deflection of the vehicle 1 in association with braking, with an increase in brake pressure inhibited for a rear wheel on the inside during the occurrence of the deflection.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5

    【課題】左右前輪のスリップ度合いの平均値を目標スリップ度合いとして左右輪独立制御が実施される車両の制動制御装置において、高速域での制動安定性の確保のために後輪低制動力特性が採用される場合に、車両の制動安定性の確保と減速性能の更なる向上とを好適に両立させられるようにする。【解決手段】左右の後輪10Rのそれぞれのスリップ率Sが左右の前輪10Fのスリップ率Sの平均値である目標スリップ率Stに近づくように左右輪独立制御が実行される。左右輪独立制御は、車両1の高速域では、減速度Gが、低速域で用いられる制御開始Gth1よりも低い制御開始Gth2以上であるときに開始される。高速域において開始される左右輪独立制御では、左右後輪の双方の制動圧の増大が要求される場合に、制動に伴う車両1の偏向の発生中に外側となる後輪の制動圧が増大されるとともに当該偏向の発生中に内側となる後輪の制動圧の増大が禁止される。【選択図】図5
