PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishing boat maneuvering system that enables even a person unskilled in maneuvering to maneuver an own boat toward a fish school quickly on an optimal route.SOLUTION: A fish school detection device 351 has a target position notification unit 352 that notifies the position of a fish school relative to an own boat to a steering control device 200 when the fish school is detected. The steering control device 200 has a fish school detection time maneuvering unit 301. The fish school detection time maneuvering unit 301 changes and controls the advance route of the boat toward the relative position of the fish school by combining the steering angles of both high-lift rudders 102, 103 to change the direction of the thrust of a propeller wake flow in a state where a propeller 101 rotates at a constant rotational speed in an advancing direction in response to the received notification of the relative position of the fish school from the target position notification unit 352.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
