PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain and secure a radiation action of a cooler even while a vehicle is stopped in the same or almost the same way as while the vehicle is running.SOLUTION: The invention includes an ECU 1, a motor 2, an oil cooler 3, an electric oil pump 4, an electric cooling fan 5, and a vehicle speed sensor 6. The electric oil pump 4, the electric cooling fan 5, and the vehicle speed sensor 6 are connected to the ECU 1. The number of rotations of the electric cooling fan 5 is decreased while the vehicle is stopped or is almost stopped, and the electric oil pump 4 is driven when the electric cooling fan 5 is driven irrespective of an operation state of the vehicle. Consequently, a radiation action of the oil cooler 3 is maintained and secured even while the vehicle is stopped in the same or almost the same way as while the vehicle is running.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】冷却器の放熱作用を、車両の停止時においても、車両の走行時と同様もしくはほぼ同様に維持確保することができること。【解決手段】この発明は、ECU1と、モータ2と、オイルクーラ3と、電動オイルポンプ4と、電動冷却ファン5と、車速センサ6と、を備える。ECU1は、電動オイルポンプ4、電動冷却ファン5および車速センサ6が接続されていて、車両が停止状態もしくはほぼ停止状態の時に、電動冷却ファン5の回転数を低下させ、かつ、電動オイルポンプ4を、車両の運転状況に無関係に電動冷却ファン5の駆動時に、駆動させる。この結果、この発明は、オイルクーラ3の放熱作用を、車両の停止時においても、車両の走行時と同様もしくはほぼ同様に維持確保することができる。【選択図】 図1
