PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driver's visual field estimation device for accurately estimating a visually recognizable distance of a driver in consideration of a poor visual field state, especially, poor visibility of a driver due to poor "lightness" such as in the fog, at night, or the like, and a vehicle control device.SOLUTION: A driver's visual field estimation device 10 to be mounted on an own vehicle 12 includes: a front camera 6 for detecting an object positioned in front of the own vehicle 12, with its object-detectable distance that is subject to change depending on an external environment; and visually recognizable distance estimation means for estimating a visually recognizable distance that allows a driver to visually recognize an object, and that is assumed to be the same as the object-detectable distance of the front camera 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】本発明は、視界が悪い状況、特に霧や夜間などの「明るさ」に起因するドライバの視界悪化を考慮し、ドライバの視認可能な距離を精度良く推定するドライバの視界推定装置及び車両用制御装置を提供することを目的としている。【解決手段】自車両12に搭載されるドライバの視界推定装置10であって、自車両12の前方に位置する対象物を検知すると共に検知可能な距離が外部環境により変化するフロントカメラ6と、フロントカメラ6が検知したカメラ検知距離をドライバが視覚で認識できる視認距離として推定する視認距離推定手段と、を有する。【選択図】図1
