PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automobile vehicle which can properly protect a battery from a spare tire during a rear surface collision etc. of the automobile vehicle.SOLUTION: In an automobile vehicle, a battery 90 is disposed at the inner side of a rim part 81 of a spare tire 80. The automobile vehicle is provided with a reinforcement panel 20 which is formed so as to be along at least a part of an upper surface of a recessed part 11 of a floor panel 10. The spare tire 80 and the battery 90 are fixed to the reinforcement panel 20. The automobile vehicle includes a moving mechanism which moves the spare tire 80 and the battery 90 on the reinforcement panel 20 forward by an impact applied to a vehicle from the outside of the vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
