The shaft core member 2 has a core member 6 including an open hole 11 communicating the liquid chambers 9, 9 with each other and fitted into the shaft core member 2, and in the open hole 11 of the shaft member 6, a separate flow passage member 12 is provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
