PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a front fork portion of a bicycle to be attached and detached easily compared to the prior art.SOLUTION: A coupling unit 10 for a bicycle component is configured to couple a front fork portion 28 to a frame body of the bicycle. The coupling unit includes: a head pipe 143 having a lower end portion 143D as a first end portion with an opening and serving as a cylindrical case attached to a front portion of the frame body; and a shaft member 30 axially supported in the head pipe 143 and having a square shaft portion 302D as a first fitting portion located adjacent to the lower end portion 143D. The front fork portion 28 includes a square hole 362 as a first fitted portion into which the square shaft portion 302D is fitted. In a state where the square shaft portion 302D is fitted into the square hole 362, the front fork portion is detachably fixed to the shaft member 30 so as not to rotate relative to the shaft member and is coupled to the shaft member 30 integrally rotatably therewith about a shaft center C2 of the shaft member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
