To provide an assembling structure of a resin fender panel, which can secure an assembly accuracy to a neighboring panel while allowing thermal deformation in a vehicle mounted state.SOLUTION: An assembling structure of a resin fender panel according to the present invention includes resin fender panels 2,3 adapted to be arranged at side portions of a vehicle 1, fixing members 41, 51 adapted to fix a panel 6 adjacent to the resin fender panels, slits 10, 11 formed in the resin fender panels so as to be located adjacent to the panel, and pawl members 20, 30 having one ends 20a, 30a fixed to the fixing members.
