To provide an outside-swing apparatus in which an outside end is waved vertically like a flap of a bird by return reaction force of twist of a drive rubber string.SOLUTION: An outside-swing apparatus is characterized as follows: the other end of a rubber string 1 with one end fixed thereto is hooked in a hook of a crank handle 2; the lower side ends of two connecting members are rotatably connected to this crank handle 2; the inner ends of two arm bars 5 installed outside of the two connecting members are rotatably connected to the upper side ends of the two connecting members, respectively; the central part of the two arm bars 5 is supported as a rotatable fulcrum by the fixed respective protrusion shafts; the rubber string 1 is twisted by turning the crank handle 2; the rotary movement by the return of the rubber string 1 twisted thereafter is converted into the vertical motion of the two connecting members by the crank handle 2; and the vertical motion of the two connecting members is converted into the outside-swing motion for vertically swinging the outside ends of the two arm bars 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】駆動ゴム紐の捩じりの戻り反力により鳥の羽ばたきの様に外側端部を上下に振る外振り装置を提供する。【解決手段】外振り装置は、一端部を固定したゴム紐1の他端部をクランクハンドル2のフックに掛け、このクランクハンドル2に2本の連結材の下側端部を回転可能に接続し、前記2本の連結材の上側端部に、その2本の連結材の外側に設置した2本のアームバー5の内側端部をそれぞれ回転可能に接続し、固定されたそれぞれの突起軸によって、前記2本のアームバー5の中央部を回転が可能な支点として支持し、前記クランクハンドル2を回して前記ゴム紐1を捩じり、その後捩じった前記ゴム紐1の戻りによる回転運動を前記クランクハンドル2により前記2本の連結材の上下運動に変換し、前記2本の連結材の上下運動を前記2本のアームバー5の外側端部を上下に振る外振り運動に変換することを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
