To provide a movement propriety determination device capable of determining whether or not a suspended load can be carried while facilitating a work before starting movement of the suspended load.SOLUTION: A movement propriety determination device 20 comprises: load detectors (22, 23, 24) for detecting an actual load W of a suspended load suspended on a boom of a work vehicle; a target position setting part 27 for setting a target position Pg for moving the suspended load; a limit value calculation part 28 for calculating a limit load value C based on a posture of the boom at the target position Pg; and a movement propriety determination part 31 for comparing the limit load value C with the actual load W for determining whether or not the suspended load can be moved to the target position Pg.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
