To provide a compound for producing an elastic composite material excellent in wear resistance as compared with the conventional silicone rubber and enabling improvement of service life and to provide a product such as a tread rubber or the like produced from the elastic composite material.SOLUTION: The elastic composite material comprises: silicone rubber; and a carbon material dispersed in silicon rubber, having a weight percentage occupied in the whole component in a predetermined range and selected from a single layer or multi-layer of carbon nanotube graphene, graphene oxide and a combination thereof in a range of 0.0005 to 0.099% as a wt% occupied in the whole component.
