To address the problem of a reduction in operability of an entire elevator device caused by the number of times of supplying power to a power storage device increased through movement of a car to a power supply floor as the power consumption amount of the power storage device has conventionally been predicted to be large.SOLUTION: A comparison unit 11 included in a group management control device 7 calculates an allocation evaluation value for each elevator by comparing a predicted power consumption amount of a device to be used in a car and calculated on the basis of the operation history of the car and the residual power amount of a power storage device with the predicted residual power amount of the power storage device upon registration of a destination floor call in a destination floor call registration device 8. An elevator operation control unit 12 allocates the destination floor call to an elevator of a high allocation evaluation value, and executes operation control through group management which preferentially delivers a car of this elevator.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】従来は蓄電装置の消費予測電力量が多めに予測されていたため、乗りかごを給電階に移動させて蓄電装置に給電する回数が多くなり、エレベーター装置全体の稼働率が低下していた。【解決手段】群管理制御装置7が備える比較部11は、行先階呼び登録装置8に行先階呼びが登録されたことにより、乗りかごの運行履歴、及び蓄電装置の電力残量に基づいて求めた、乗りかごで使用される機器の消費予測電力量と、蓄電装置の予測電力残量を比較し、割当評価値を号機毎に計算する。号機運行制御部12は、割当評価値が高い号機に行先階呼びを割当て、この号機の乗りかごを優先して配車する群管理による運行制御を行う。【選択図】図1
