To provide an underwater positioning system capable of reducing power consumption of an underwater vehicle and increasing activity time of the underwater vehicle when a watercraft acquires information on the position of the underwater vehicle.SOLUTION: The underwater positioning system comprises an underwater vehicle and a plurality of watercrafts. The plurality of watercrafts transmit acoustic signals to the underwater vehicle, respectively. The underwater vehicle receives the plurality of acoustic signals, respectively, acquires information on distances to the plurality of watercrafts, respectively, on the basis of a transmission time and a reception time of the acoustic signals, acquires information on a water depth at which the underwater vehicle is located, and transmits information on a plurality of distances and information on the water depth to the plurality of watercrafts. The watercrafts receive the information on the plurality of distances and the information on the water depth. At least one of the plurality of watercrafts calculates a three-dimensional position in the water of the underwater vehicle on the basis of the information on the plurality of distances and the information on the water depth.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】水上艇が水中航走体の位置の情報を取得する場合の水中航走体の消費電力を低減し、水中航走体の活動時間を長くできる水中測位システムを提供する。【解決手段】水中測位システムは、水中航走体と、複数の水上艇と、を備える。複数の水上艇は、水中航走体へ音響信号をそれぞれ送信する。水中航走体は、複数の音響信号をそれぞれ受信し、音響信号の送信時刻と受信時刻を基に、複数の前記水上艇までの距離の情報をそれぞれ取得し、水中航走体が位置する水深の情報を取得し、複数の距離の情報及び水深の情報を複数の水上艇に送信する。水上艇は、複数の距離の情報及び水深の情報を受信する。複数の水上艇の少なくとも1つは、複数の距離の情報及び水深の情報に基づいて、水中航走体の水中における3次元位置を算出する。【選択図】図1
