To achieve high stiffness of a side rail for a vehicle frame.SOLUTION: Reinforcement members 34, 36 are arranged inside an outer shell member 28 of a side rail 14. The reinforcement members 34, 36 are in a substantially U shape. A central wall part 46 corresponding to a U-shaped vertical image is disposed along an outer wall 54 of the outer shell member 28 for welding. End edges of lateral wall parts 48, 50 corresponding to a U-shaped horizontal image are abutted onto an inside wall 56 of the outer shell member 28. Rounded corner parts of the end edges of the lateral wall parts 48, 50 are welded along a curvature of the rounded corner part of the inside wall 56.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
