To provide an adhesion fixing structure for making automobile door glass and a glass holder highly efficiently adhere to each other by using a humidity-curable adhesive, and an adhesion fixing method.SOLUTION: A humidity-curable adhesive 20 is filled in a glass holder 1 (procedure S1). The glass holder filled with the humidity-curable adhesive 20 is temporarily fixed to a lower side part of automobile door glass 2 (procedure S2). A part of the humidity-curable adhesive is made to flow out of at least a part of an external periphery of the glass holder 1 (procedure S3). A cover 30 is attached to the external periphery of the glass holder 1 (procedure S4), overheated steam is injected into the cover 30 (procedure S5), and the humidity-curable adhesive 20 which flows out of the glass holder 1 is cured. By this constitution, a flow-out part 21 which is cured at the outside of the glass holder 1 is formed (procedure S6).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】湿気硬化型接着剤を用いて自動車用ドアガラスとガラスホルダとを高能率に接着する接着固定構造及び接着固定方法を提供する。【解決手段】ガラスホルダ1に湿気硬化型接着剤20を充填する(手順S1)。湿気硬化型接着剤20が充填されたガラスホルダを自動車用ドアガラス2の下辺部に仮固定する(手順S2)。ガラスホルダ1の外周の少なくとも一部から湿気硬化型接着剤の一部を溢出させる(手順S3)。ガラスホルダ1の外周にカバー30を装着(手順S4)し、カバー30内に過熱水蒸気を噴射(手順S5)して、ガラスホルダ1から溢出された湿気硬化型接着剤20を硬化する。これにより、ガラスホルダ1の外部において硬化した溢出部21を形成する(手順S6)。【選択図】図7
