To provide a roadside device, a communication infrastructure, and a pedestrian support method capable of generating information to support a pedestrian on the basis of information collected from a pedestrian terminal.SOLUTION: A pedestrian terminal 1 transmits a message including pedestrian information from an ITS communication unit 12 to a roadside machine. When a message to be transmitted from the pedestrian terminal 1 is received by an ITS communication unit 31, the roadside machine 5 stores pedestrian information included in the message in a storage unit 34 as passage history information. A control unit 33 detects route guide information (pedestrian support information) related to an evacuation route when a disaster occurs, especially, an assisted person such as an aged person and a person with frequent risk-taking behaviors on the basis of the passage history information of the storage unit 34, generates route guide information for them, and transmits a message including the route guide information to the pedestrian terminal 1 in the circumference.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4

    【課題】歩行者端末から収集した情報に基づいて、歩行者を支援する情報を生成することができる路側装置、通信インフラおよび歩行者支援方法を提供する。【解決手段】歩行者端末1は、歩行者情報を含むメッセージをITS通信部12から路側機に送信する。路側機5は、歩行者端末1から送信されるメッセージをITS通信部31で受信すると、そのメッセージに含まれる歩行者情報を通行履歴情報として記憶部34に蓄積し、制御部33において、記憶部34の通行履歴情報に基づいて、災害発生時の避難経路に関する経路案内情報(歩行者支援情報)、特に、高齢者などの要援護者や、危険行動が多い人物を検知して、それらの人物向けの経路案内情報を生成し、その経路案内情報を含むメッセージを、周辺の歩行者端末1に送信する。【選択図】図4
