Right and left link contact surface hard layers 30, 31 are formed on the surfaces of the right and left link contact surfaces 27, 28. Right and left flange side surface hard layers 32, 33 are formed on the surfaces of the right and left flange side surfaces 29A, 29B of the annular flange 29.
