To provide a vehicular body structure capable of suppressing a reduction of sound insulation performance and of thermal insulation performance at a joint portion between an edge of a hollow double-wall panel and a joint mating member even though a core member is not filled in the joint mating member.SOLUTION: In the vehicular body structure 1, a hollow double-wall panel 5 is formed by continuously joining respective edges of two walls 51 and 52 and by filling a core member 53a in a closed space Sa between the two walls 51 and 52. The core member 53a is filled in the interior of an edge 55 of the hollow double-wall panel 5. With the edge 55 of the hollow double-wall panel 5 being joined with an upper surface 32a of a side sill 3, the core member 53a that is filled in the edge 55 of the hollow double-wall panel 5 covers the upper surface 32a of the side sill 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
