To provide a coaxial type power-assisted stepless speed change device which has a small size, and performs quick and stable transmission drive.SOLUTION: A coaxial type power-assisted stepless speed change device comprises: a motor power source 92; an accelerating planetary gear group 3; a non-stage transmission 40; a power transmission shaft 9; a human power source 91; a first one-way transmission rotor 111 and a second one-way transmission rotor 112. The accelerating planetary gear group 3 is connected to the motor power source 92. The non-stage transmission 40 is connected to the accelerating planetary gear group 3. The power transmission shaft 9 are rotatably connected to the motor power source 92, the accelerating planetary gear group 3 and the non-stage transmission 40 in this order. The human power source 91 is connected to the power transmission shaft 9. The first one-way transmission rotor 111 is connected between the power transmission shaft 9 and the accelerating planetary gear group 3. The accelerating planetary gear group 3 is driven in one direction by the power transmission shaft 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
