To provide a freezing and cooling device having an evaporator ventilation type and a cold storage type connected to each other that are preferable for human beings and global environment in which an engine driving is not required for cooling a refrigeration and freezing vehicle so as to resolve a problem of global warming of a world-wide scale, a discharging of Co2 exhaust gas acting as green house effect gas is substantially reduced under combination of a solar power generation system utilizing solar light and a cool storage type refrigeration.SOLUTION: Solar panels are installed at a ceiling or side surfaces and a rear part of a refrigeration freezing delivery vehicle or a mobile sales vehicle, electricity generated by a solar power generating system installed in said vehicles is used as a source of power force of a freezing cycle and similarly each of freezing or cooling device of evaporator air-blowing type and cold heat storage type installed in said vehicles is operated, thereby the freezing device is operated through solar power generation at a fine day and cold air is naturally discharged from a cold heat storage plate for longer hours when cloud-rain weather occurs to enable the refrigeration and freezing foods to be held, resulting in that any engine driving is not required for cooling operation even under whatever applicable state may occur and so the discharging of Co2 exhaust gas is substantially reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】世界規模での地球温暖化問題を解決すべく、冷蔵冷凍車の冷却にエンジン駆動を必要とせず、太陽光を活用したソーラー発電システムと蓄冷式冷凍冷却システムを組み合わせることで、温室効果ガスであるCo2排気ガスの放出を大幅に削減し、人にも地球環境にも優しいエバポレータ送風式と蓄冷式を結合した冷凍冷却装置の提供である。【解決手段】冷蔵冷凍配送車や移動販売車の天井や側面、後部にソーラーパネルを装着し、当該車内に設置したソーラー発電システムにて生成された電気を冷凍サイクルの動力源として使用し、同じく当該車内に設置されたエバボレータ送風式と蓄冷式の各冷凍冷却装置を稼働させることにより、晴天日はソーラー発電にて冷凍装置を稼働し、曇雨天時は蓄冷板から冷気が長時間自然放出することで冷蔵冷凍品の保持が可能となり、いかなる使用状況下においても冷却にエンジン駆動を必要とせずCo2排気ガスの放出を大幅に削減する。【選択図】図1
