To restrain an abnormal sound caused by collapse of cavitation from being sensed by an occupant.SOLUTION: A vibration-proofing device 1 comprises: a cylindrical first attachment member 11 connected to one of a vibration producing part and a vibration receiving part and a second attachment member 12 connected to the other; an elastic body 13 for connecting the first attachment member to the second attachment member; and a partitioning member 16 which partitions a liquid chamber 19 in the first attachment member into a first liquid chamber 14 having the elastic body at a part of a partition wall, and a second liquid chamber 15 along an axial direction along a center axis O of the first attachment member, and in which an orifice passage 24 for making the first liquid chamber and the second liquid chamber communicate with each other is formed. In the elastic body, a plurality of protrusions 26 extending to a peripheral direction are formed at an inner face 27 defining the first liquid chamber along a radial direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
