To provide a vehicle front section structure which enables an adjustment of an assembly of a radiator support and that of a vehicle exterior member, and which is capable of accomplishing a weight reduction of a radiator support while maintaining an assembling precision.SOLUTION: An upper portion main body 20A that forms a radiator support upper, and a pair of side portions 20B are resin members formed integrally with each other. A side portion 20B is attached to a crash box 14 by a first fastening member that includes a bolt 32 which has a shaft portion 32B with a smaller outer diameter than an internal diameter of a clearance hole 14D. A lamp attachment bracket 40 or a bumper attachment bracket 50 to be joined with a vehicle body exterior member is directly or indirectly attached to an upper portion 20 by a second fastening member that includes bolts 42 and 52 which have respective shaft portions 42B and 52B smaller than respective internal diameters of clearance holes 40D and 50c and nuts 44 and 54.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
