To provide a stopper which makes a stopper function automatically recover after an earthquake, while, during the earthquake, allowing for a large displacement against a vehicle truck and preventing a derailment.SOLUTION: A stopper S in this invention comprises: a frame 1; a movable member 2 held by the frame 1 movably in a forward and backward direction reciprocally; a first energizing part 3 for energizing the member 2 to a direction advancing from the frame 1; and a restricting device 4 which is arranged on either the frame 1 or the member 2, restricts receding of the member 2 from the frame 1, and allows the member 2 to recede from the frame 1 when the weight of external force to make the member 2 recede is equal to or more than a subscribed weight.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】本発明は、地震時には車体の台車に対する大きな変位を許容して脱線を防止できるとともに地震後にはストッパ機能を自動復帰させ得るストッパの提供を目的とする。【解決手段】本発明のストッパSは、フレーム1と、フレーム1によって前後方向へ往復動可能に保持される可動部材2と、フレーム1に対して可動部材2を前進させる方向へ附勢する第一附勢部3と、フレーム1と可動部材2の一方に設けられて、可動部材2のフレーム1に対する後退を規制するとともに、可動部材2を後退させる外力による荷重が所定荷重以上となると可動部材2のフレーム1に対する後退を許容する規制装置4とを備える。【選択図】図1
