To effectively improve positioning workability of a seat.SOLUTION: A seat positioning structure includes: first and second positioning pins 41 and 42 which are suspended from at least two portions of a front end inside in a vehicle body width direction, a rear end outside in the vehicle width direction, and a front end outside in the vehicle body width direction in a seat lower section of a vehicular seat 10; and a third positioning pin 43 which is suspended from a rear end inside in the vehicle body width direction in the seat lower section.
