The driving assistance control device 100 includes: an acquisition unit 103 for acquiring information on a target around an own vehicle from detection units 211, 221 for detecting a target around the own vehicle; and control units 101, Pr1 for determining a first target position for the own vehicle to proceed in order to avoid the target existing on a course in front of the own vehicle and a second target position for the own vehicle to proceed after avoiding the target by using the acquired information on the target, and controlling driving assistance units 31, 32, 33 so as to proceed to the determined first target position and second target position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
