To improve maintainability of a propulsion device for a vessel.SOLUTION: A propulsion device for a vessel of one embodiment includes: a main shaft for transmitting rotational driving force to a rotary vane, a stern tube sealing device provided in the surrounding of the main shaft; and sleeves attached onto an outer periphery of the main shaft on inboard side of the stern tube sealing device; and a radial bearing and a thrust bearing attached to the respective sleeves.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
