To provide a method by which a track circuit deterioration degree is estimated and an occurrence of a track circuit failure can be prevented.SOLUTION: A track circuit deterioration degree estimation device 16 acquires, from a recorder 12 connected to a relay 112, relay operation log data which indicate a time from switching off to switching on of a relay 112 when a train 8 travels through a detecting section of a track circuit 11. Also, the track circuit deterioration degree estimation device 16 acquires, from a recorder 14 connected to a tacho-generator 13, integrated distance log data which indicate a secular change of an integrated travel distance value when the train 8 travels through the detecting section of the track circuit 11. The track circuit deterioration degree estimation device 16 estimates a deterioration degree of the track circuit 11 on the basis of both one speed of the train 8 estimated on the basis of the relay operation log data and the other speed of the train 8 determined on the basis of the integrated distance log data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】軌道回路の劣化度を推定し、軌道回路の故障の発生を未然に防ぐことを可能とする。【解決手段】軌道回路劣化度推定装置16は、軌道回路11の検知区間を列車8が走行した際のリレー112の落下から扛上までの時間を示すリレー動作ログデータをリレー112に接続されたレコーダ12から取得する。また、軌道回路劣化度推定装置16は、列車8が軌道回路11の検知区間を走行した際の走行距離の積算値の経時変化を示す積算距離ログデータをタコジェネレータ13に接続されたレコーダ14から取得する。軌道回路劣化度推定装置16は、リレー動作ログデータに基づき推定した列車8の速度と、積算距離ログデータに基づき特定した列車8の速度とに基づき、軌道回路11の劣化度を推定する。【選択図】図1
