To improve reliability of acoustic communication between a surface navigating body navigating on water surface and an unmanned diving machine.SOLUTION: In an unmanned diving machine 1, a power control unit 130 controls power device to move the unmanned diving machine. A communication control unit 131 controls an acoustic communication instrument to carry out sending and receiving of data by acoustic waves with water as medium. A storage unit 12 stores an individual identifier for uniquely specifying the unmanned diving machine 1. A data analysis unit 132 acquires an individual identifier contained in the data by analyzing the data received by the acoustic communication instrument. The communication control unit 131 controls the acoustic communication instrument so that the received data is transferred to a relay machine on water carrying out acoustic communication with the unmanned diving machine 1 on the water surface, and another unmanned diving machine which is different from the unmanned diving machine 1 when the individual identifier acquired by the data analysis unit 132 is different from the individual identifier stored by a storage device 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
