To efficiently implement time-division multiplexing channel access under coexistence of inter-vehicle communication devices using similar frequency bands and direct mobile communication terminals.SOLUTION: An inter-vehicle communication device includes: a mobile communication unit that transmits and receives radio waves of direct communication of mobile communication; a threshold value storage unit that stores a threshold value for determining whether a predetermined control channel of inter-vehicle communication is an idle channel; a level detector that outputs a predetermined detection signal if radio wave intensity of the predetermined control channel is larger than the threshold value; and a timer unit that starts timing according to the detection signal output by the level detector and transmits a timer expiration signal to the level detector when timing of a predetermined time is expired. When the level detector receives the timer expiration signal, if the radio wave intensity of the predetermined control channel does not exceed the threshold value, the mobile communication unit transmits radio waves of direct communication of mobile communication.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】 近似する周波数帯を用いる車車間通信装置と、直接移動体通信端末との混在下において、効率よく時分割多重のチャネルアクセスを実現する。【解決手段】移動体通信の直接通信の電波を送受信する移動体通信部と、車車間通信の所定の制御チャネルが空きチャネルであるか否かの閾値を格納する閾値記憶部と、所定の制御チャネルの電波強度が閾値より大きい場合に所定の検出信号を出力するレベル検出器と、レベル検出器が出力する検出信号に応じて計時を開始し所定の時間の計時が満了するとレベル検出器へタイマー満了信号を送信するタイマー部と、を含み、移動体通信部は、レベル検出器がタイマー満了信号を受信した時、所定の制御チャネルの電波強度が閾値を越えない場合に移動体通信の直接通信の電波を送信する、ことを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
