To provide an electronic interlock device, electronic interlock system, and an electronic interlock method that can prevent a reduction in the operation time of the device or the whole system.SOLUTION: A system comprises: an own measuring instrument for measuring the output of an own oscillator; an other system measuring instrument for measuring each output of two other system oscillators; a comparator; and three processing units of the same configuration including a processing part supplied with a clock signal from the own system oscillator as a triple system configuration. The comparator is configured to determine whether there is an abnormality in the own system oscillator and the other system oscillator based on a comparison result of the three measurement results of the own system measuring instrument and the other system measuring instrument.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
