To provide a simplified configuration in which, even when small defects such as fine cracks occur in a phosphor plate, the defects are detected so that safety measures can be taken.SOLUTION: A light source device includes: a laser light source 1 capable of emitting a laser beam; a phosphor plate 3 including a laser beam irradiation region 14, receiving the irradiation of a laser beam in the laser beam irradiation region, and capable of emitting light having a wavelength converted in response to the irradiation of a laser beam; a light scanning mechanism 2 capable of scanning a laser beam in the laser beam irradiation region; and a transparent conductive film pattern 13 disposed on the phosphor plate in the laser beam irradiation region and including a parallel wiring portion along a first direction.
