To provide a laminate including at least one rubber layer and at least one metal layer in which the rubber layer and the metal layer are strongly joined to each other without using an organic solvent-based adhesive.SOLUTION: A laminate includes at least one rubber layer 2 and at least one metal layer 3, in which the rubber layer and the metal layer are laminated via a thermoplastic resin layer, a surface of the metal layer in contact with the thermoplastic resin layer has an average length (RSm) of a roughness curve element of 0.5-10 μm and a degree of roughness of a maximum height roughness (Rz) of 0.1-5 μm, and the rubber layer contains an adhesive component to be bonded to a thermoplastic resin contained in the thermoplastic resin layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
